Lead the project of building Sweden´s third highest building
Are you ready for a new challenge in a world leading and future-oriented organisation? Do you have several years´ of experience from Real Estate project management and managing major construction projects and we might have the ideal opportunity for you.
We are building a new production tower in Karlskrona – the third highest building in Sweden – and are looking for driven and goal-oriented project manager to run this and other real estate projects.
Manage local Real Estate projects in Karlskrona
You will be a part of Group Workplace Management at NKT which is responsible for all workplace related activities which include Facility Management, Real Estate and Site & Building security. As a Real Estate Project Manager you will manage different real estate and facility projects.
Since the recent awards of several major turn-key cable system projects we need to expand our production capacity in Karlskrona and you will be one key player in executing these real estate projects meeting requirements, timeline and budget. Besides the Workplace Management team you will work in close collaboration with our Investment department as well as with our external contractors and suppliers.
Your primary tasks will be:
• Real Estate project management including financial, timeline, resource planning etc.
• Business Partnering by supporting your colleagues and the business so that they can develop and create better opportunities for the future.
• Stakeholder management meaning close collaboration with different stakeholders being the expert within Real Estate projects.
• Responsibility for risk management within the project scope

In addition to the above you have several years’ experience of Real Estate and Project Management, especially in partnering model.
Additionally, your CV comprises:
• You preferably have a master´s degree though professional experience and character can beat a formal degree.
• Certified Project Manager, such as IPMA or PMI or other relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Project, Ibinder and SAP
• Negotiation skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written
