Internationella Engelska Skolan i Jönköping has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and responsible receptionist! This position is 100% starting 1st August 2016.

Here is an exciting opportunity to join a successful school. We are a multicultural school with close to half the staff and over half of the students having an international background. This mix of cultures makes for a very fun and engaging workplace.

We are looking for a Receptionist that also would have administrative duties, the friendly face of the school that will meet and greet students and visitors to our school. You need be comfortable speaking/writing in both Swedish and English, friendly and positive, reliable team player with high work ethics and great organisation skills. This position will suit someone that enjoys working in a busy environment, with a variety of tasks. Previous experience in SchoolSoft would be great, but not essential but being comfortable working with computers is a must.
