For our customer in Esklistuna we are now looking for a recovery manager.

The assignment which is fulltime, is expected to start in december and last until the end of february 2015.

Arbetsuppgifter
The Global Supplier Recovery function is working in close cooperation with product maintenance teams, purchasing and supplier development, the sales regions, technical support teams and global warranty.
Global Supplier Recovery is also responsible for managing parts return from field for recovery, audit and technical analysis purposes. Global Supplier Recovery function consists of 15 employees and is present in US, Korea, India, China and Sweden.

You will together with the Technology and Purchasing departments set up routines for recovery handling towards supplier. This means that you are going to drive needed changes in purchasing contracts regarding recovery towards Purchasing. Responsible to implement recovery process set up and decided improvement.

• Participate in Product Maintenance teams and take an active part in prioritizing recovery on case to case basis. Manage and build recovery cases.
• Create Recovery claims towards suppliers, negotiate with supplier about recovery outcome according to agreement and how to handle parts return
• Follow up the returned items lead time in warehouse and drive actions to minimize the lead time
• Follow up material value in the claims and measure the recovery result versus potential
• Close recovery contract with the supplier together with Purchasing and set up recovery process with a supplier, suggest process improvements and implement accordingly
• Create Recovery budget for suppliers and follow up of outcome.
• Feed-back quality information on warranty material within the organization.


Utbildning/erfarenhet
To fit into this roll you`ll need to have strong negotiation skills and a strong business mind-set with good engineering background. We also want you to have knowledge in product maintenance, technical support or warranty handling processes.
We need you to be fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
For this position you´ll need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You have a holistic view with a positive attitude and are able to build good relations you have a good business mind-set. You address conflicting interests and reach constructive and acceptable solutions. The way you work is with a structural and analytical approach. You are service minded and a creative problem solver with a continuous drive for improvements.
