The Junior Club is an after school care program for years 4, 5 and 6 children. We are looking for a Junior Club Assistant who will work as a part of the Junior club team, will actively engage with students who attend the Junior Club, plan and supervise appropriate activities, help with tidying and organising of Junior Club resources, and ensuring the facilities are a clean and safe place for students to be. The Junior Club Assistant will display respect towards children, parents, equipment and facilities in the Junior Club. The assistant will also supervise students at break times during the school day. The position is 80-100%. The ability to communicate with parents, as well as other staff and students in a professional manner is required. The position may also include mentorship to students in year 4+5. We are looking for a positive person, who enjoys building relationships with young people, who can take initiative, and be part of a motivated team of staff who have student health and wellbeing as a priority. Fluency in both Swedish and English is a benefit but not a prerequisite. Applicants who have experience working with children and/or young people will be prioritised.
