RECRUITER FOR E-CAR COMPANY FULL TIME - STHLM/MALMÖ

As a recruiter you stand out by excelling at talent identification, attraction and assessment as well as developing deep partnerships with our business stakeholders and with our colleagues in HR and Operations. Moreover you bring strong business acumen and a genuine commitment for providing an unforgettable candidate experience to the table. The position can be based in Stockholm or Malmö with the potential for Remote work from any location in Sweden.


Responsibilities
* Work closely with our client’s hiring managers to hire Top Talent for various business groups within EMEA
* Leverage your strong excel and critical thinking skills to problem solve as well as create relevant reporting for your business
* Utilize a variety of techniques to proactively identify talent
* Handle the application process end to end and keep applicant tracking system updated
* Support projects which will drive process improvements and innovation
* Provide a Best-in-Class candidate experience for all applicants


Requirements
* Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, identifying and assessing talent
* Detailed knowledge of the European talent market
* Experience in recruiting for roles in different countries at the same time
* 360 in-house and agency experience in a fast paced environment
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and quick decision making skills
* Fluent English, additional European language a plus
* The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
* Attention to detail and strong communication skills


Period: Start asap - 6 months forward with good chances of extension.
Salary: Monthly paid
