- We go to interview candidates around the globe
- We listen carefully to our customers to be able to match their needs with the most suitable candidates
- We test our candidates as well as interview them

We have several larger and smaller software companies as customers and over the last few months we have found new jobs for candidates originating from Italy, Vietnam, Serbia, India, Russia, Iran and Sweden.

We also have consultants and HiQ and others use us to test their candidates for developer positions.

As a recruiter and account manager at Software Skills you will be an important part of our team and have a big influence in how we work.

Work tasks:
- Search of candidates for open positions
- Interviewing candidates
- Sales of services to new customers
- Administration of recruitment projects

:: Desired Skills and Expertise ::

Desired personality traits:
- Great social skills
- Strong and quick in communication
- Positive spirit
- Knowledge of the software industry, programming skills is a plus
- Good command of Swedish and English
