Recruiter to Apsis

More information: www.apsis.comWe are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for yet another motivated in-house recruiter to join our HR-department initially during a limited period of 6 months starting immediately with possibility for prolongment or permanent position. Your first priority will be to fill vacant positions in our head quarter in Malmö and secondly to assist HR in different related areas. Ideal candidates will have previous recruiting experience. 

Experience

You have:
Done recruitment independently for minimum 2-4 years.
Experience in using competence based and situation-behaviour interview technique. 
Preferably some test education (MAP etc.) as well as experience of test-executing.
Preferably worked with recruitments in the IT span. 
Experience working with search-activities.
Preferably done some successful employer branding activities in the past.
Strong knowledge and interest in recruiting trough social media channels.
 

Education

Preferably within recruitment and some relevant higher education within HR or other related fields.

Tasks 

Sourcing candidates through Internet searches, cold calling, and referrals.
Screening candidates to ensure that all their skills are identified in order to develop a pipeline of candidates.
Effectively communicate job opportunities with candidates, as well as company policies and procedures.
Drive comfortable and interesting interviews to make the candidate feel good about Apsis.
Secure that Apsis will be confident on the candidate’s capacity. 
Handle multitasking recruitment activities with lot of different steps by following and taking ownership of the entire recruitment process. 
Handle all administrative steps connected to the recruitment process.
Excellent communications skills and fluency both in Swedish and English.
