Recruiter/PR coordinator for young company!

Fantasy Interactive is one of the leading interactive design and development company in the industry today.We have offices in Stockholm and New York and we're known for creating next-generation media portals and applications for which we have won numerous awards.Our clients include MTV, AOL, Road Runner, Ford, Time Warner Cable and Microsoft among others. Our company is growing and therefore we are looking for a Recruiter / PR coordinator to handle our international recruitment needs.The position is based in Stockholm and the work will involve daily contact with applicants from all over the world. As a recruiter you will work with selection and recruitment of personnel for our young and creative company, with a dedication to find the best candidate for any position.This involves analysis of recruitment needs, generating candidates, planning recruitment campaigns and handling a large amount of applications from candidates worldwide.You will also have the responsibility of having daily contact with many applicants, booking and conducting interviews as well as setting up PR and marketing opportunities in conjunction with recruitment activities. We are looking for a professional and youthful individual with initiative who can be a support for our HR Manager in daily decisions regarding the development of the current staff.You will work closely with the Business Manager and CEO and support the future direction of the company with updated recruitment goals.You will constantly have new ideas and plans for where we can find and recruit talented staff, as well as how we can promote our brand to the public.You are outgoing and optimistic as well as responsible.You work independently and are inspired by having a variety of tasks on your plate.It is vital that you are meticulous, organized, imaginative and flexible.A genuine interest in people and a pleasant personality is also key to this role. Qualifications .A college/university degree within Human Resources, or a related field..A few years of experience within recruitment, preferably in the IT or design/web industry..Your work will involve professional communication with applicants, media, schools etc.which requires your writing and verbal communication skills to be impeccable..Be quality focused in every detail..Experience within PR is merited.
