Syncron’s ambition is to change an industry that has looked roughly the same for decades. They are now looking for an outstanding Recruitment Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play an important part in creating an excellent candidate experience and ensure that the recruitment process is of the highest quality.

Academic Work is on behalf of Syncron looking for a Recruitment Coordinator. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be a central person in Syncron’s growth. You will work close together with the Global Talent Acquistion Director to administer and collect data and generate reports across all recruitment functions in Syncron (Poland, India, US and Sweden). You will keep track on all ongoing recruitment processes where you collect and coordinate data with multiple internal and external recruiters.

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at Syncron. The assignment will be full time and extend to september 2019. There are good opportunities to be extended on the assignment, given that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will team up with internal leaders, interviewers, recruiters and employees. For example, you will:


* Act as a central point of contact with external recruitment partners and candidates that are going through the interview steps
* Facilitate, coordinate and book interviews in a global environment
* Arrange flights and travels when needed for international candidates


The position suits you who believes in a high level of service, but at the same time have a balanced mindset of getting things done. You will get to know a lot of people, both internally and externally and everyone will love the service and support you give. We are looking for you who…


* Speak and write fluently in english
* Has experience of working administratively and/or experience from working service-related
* Is Tech-savvy and have detailed knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint with interest to learn the new


It will be considered an additional qualification if you..


* Speak and write fluent swedish
* Come with a relevant education from business administration or similar


As a person, you are structured and confident working with the business which includes analytical, administrative and communication skills. You are service minded and love to solve problems for others. We are looking for you who is not afraid of asking for help or clarification.
