We’re now looking for a Recruitment Manager based in Sweden for our direct sales program, Rebtel Activist.
Our global Activist sales program empowers anyone with a smartphone to earn commission selling Rebtel in their local community as an independent reseller. Activist is more than just a reseller program – it’s a scalable career ladder designed to recruit, motivate and empower the world's largest immigrant-focused sales force.
As Recruitment Manager you will work in a team spread over two continents making sure that we through every possible way find the best ambassadors there is out there. Today, our main channels for recruiting are Facebook and by referral; we want someone who can innovative, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, do some digging and discover new great channels.
The role will differ from day to day – one day you’ll meet with a radio station, the next with a local church, and any other place with high recruitment potential.
You will also analyze results from various initiatives to optimize our investments.
Recruiting Activists in every market where we operate, currently in Florida and Texas with one more European market launching in 2017
Finding new methods for Activist recruitment in both digital and offline channels
Get as many Rebtel users as possible to become our Activists
You can challenge convention and find your own ways to reach the target
You might be newly graduated or have a background within marketing or recruitment – the important thing is your personality and your will to win
You are a fast-mover and are known for getting shit done
You speak fluent English and Spanish (one of our biggest audiences is Spanish-first)
Intercontinental business travel is frequent in this position
