Recruitment Specialist to AB Lindex

Do you want to be part of a company which higher purpose is to empower and inspire women everywhere? We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for a substitute position to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg (at the Central station!)

Your role in our team. You are part our department Culture & Communication, a team with different roles within HR and communication, working together to strengthen the employer- and corporate brand and to drive transformation regarding way of working. In this substitute position as Recruitment Specialist, you work with recruitments according to Lindex recruitment process and of course in line with our culture, vision, values and employer branding strategy, making sure Lindex grows with the right people! You work in close collaboration with colleagues at Lindex head office and you are the go-to person when it comes to support within recruitment.

We understand that you want to know more about the role! Here are some more examples of what’s included: except working with hands-on recruitment, you are the super user of our recruitment system and have close contact with the system supplier, you are part of the work related to Lindex attract process and other areas within employer branding. Of course, you make sure that you keep yourself updated with the latest trends within recruitment and employer branding.

This is a substitute position, approximately 1,5 year.

University degree within HR/Social Science or equivalent
Work experience within recruitment where you have worked with competency-based recruitment technique
Good knowledge in recruitment system(s)
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: work experience of recruiting to IT positions at a global company within the retail industry, work experience within the employer branding area, knowledge in Visma Easycruit
