Regional Event Production Manager, Nordic Countries

Is your focus always on excellent customer experience, service and support? Do you already have a dash of experience from leadership and developing customer experience?

As a Regional Event Production Manager, your main tasks are to be a line manager for our local Production Managers and teams in the Nordic Countries, and take care of your own event projects at your local market. You will also be developing our customer experience further and using your skill set to steer the whole region towards excellent customer care!

In this position you will be responsible for:

- Resources and results of client care & venue operations in the Nordic region as well as developing our event production operations towards next level
- Managing expectations and delivering excellent experience for our clients in each country
- Leading & coaching Production Managers and Production teams to reach and exceed the goals, ensuring productivity, effectiveness and results
- Managing and negotiating venue contracts creating smart buying in the region
- Production Manager tasks, to support our business clients and customers participating to our high quality invitation-only events and taking care of the venue operations for your own events

We are looking for a colleague

- With leadership skills as well as a genuine "can-do" attitude and superb customer service skills on the phone and face-to-face
- With excellent time management and problem solving skills and an ability to work in a very hectic environment
- Who has the ability to see the bigger picture and strategy frame as well as the smaller details at all times and this way coach & lead the region to the right direction
- Approximately 2-5 years relevant work experience, such as sales, customer service and team management
- Previous experience in B2B-field
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent Swedish and English language skills
