Regional Forecaster

Oriflame is now looking for a Regional Forecaster to further strengthen our team.

The forecaster is an integral part of Sales and Marketing Process in providing objective estimations of campaign sales plans for different horizons to facilitate accurate business decisions for different functional areas across the regional organization. You are a centre of expertise in sales performance and consumer behaviour and are heavily involved in planning process by providing input to optimize sales plans.

Furthermore, you are a key part in analysing performance and serve as a link between regional and local marketing in forecasting and pricing.

Your responsibilities
Ensure delivery of accurate and complete product forecast for catalogue, flyers and other necessary campaign components according to submission schedule within planning horizon

Responsible to review the product forecast performance for the closed sales periods and ensure the forecast is updated on campaign basis accounting for the sales trend

Prepare necessary materials and input on forecasted performance for catalogue statistics reviews and catalogue sign-off meetings with regional marketing team explaining clearly drivers behind forecast and highlighting areas for improvements

Adjust merchandising prices to capture the commercial mechanic of the catalogue and ensure strong profitability

Always strive to improve forecasting accuracy to enable better decision-making in sales planning and higher service levels

Ensure smooth and continuous interaction with local sales and marketing department to align expectations on product and sales forecast parameters and local sales plans

Assist Regional Forecasting Manager in analyzing and reporting Forecasting KPIs and make recommendations for future actions to improve forecasting accuracy

What we are looking for
Strong analytical and communications skills with ability to prepare and present analysis with conclusions and recommendations in an convincing manner

Ability to work independently and being proactive in taking responsibility

Open-minded, positive and committed

Well-organized, methodical, and thorough

2+ years of experience in an analytical function in an international environment would be meriting

University bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering or Statistics

Advanced excel skills

Fluent in English
