Our Inventory and Planning department, within Product Area Rock Tools, ensures that we have the right foundation for delivering products and meeting forecasts of customer demands by analyzing data, spotting trends and planning the most efficient ways to produce our tools. We are now looking for a Regional Inventory and Demand Planner to join our team in Sandviken. Job Summary
As a Regional Inventory and Demand Planner you interact with our sales teams in Europe, Russia and the Middle East to receive and estimate forecasts for incoming orders to be able to carry out production plans and to ensure the planning and analysis of relevant stock levels at various warehouses around the region. You spot trends, analyze data in a state of the art planning tool and undertake weekly operational plans, combined with looking into KPIs such as fill rate, order fulfillment, lead time, warehouse inventory levels and net working capital. Collaborating with our global partners and being a core sounding board for our sales organization within your designated geographic area is a major part of your responsibility, as is developing new ways of working with systems, processes and documentation.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Economy and a solid background from working with supply chain planning. Experience from conducting analysis, spotting trends and planning based on relevant findings is considered a plus in this position. You are a skilled user of Excel and have advanced knowledge in using the program for forecasting and production planning, while experience in the Logility Voyager Planning system is beneficial. As we interact globally you have excellent skills in English and Swedish, both in speaking and in writing, while skills in another European language, such as German, French or Spanish, are advantageous.
