Omni Sales Team is a new unit within our Regions & Markets, with full Omni customer experience ownership – on both a regional and country sales market level. This unit will set and drive an omni commercial and customer plan based on an insight driven approach to grow and engage the customer base. Additionally, the Omni Sales Team will manage omni regional assortment and stock strategy according to customer demand.
Job Description
You contribute to maximizing selling, profit, and customer experience by having the right garments in the right location at the right time, where customer demand is. You keep total overview, forecast and prioritization of garment flow, and strategically steer flow together with sales markets to our different warehouses based on current demand / supply patterns. You work closely, both strategically with Store and E-com counterparts, Demand supply planning manager and BUs to enable a fast, flexible, and effective in-market supply chain today and in future.
Key responsibilities:
Pre-allocation garment strategy
You plan and evaluate garment flow strategy for the region and channels based on latest demand forecasts with sales market input/output.
Plan overall strategy and WoW for pre-allocation garment flow needs together with sales markets.
Set and monitor with sales markets pre-allocation execution.
Evaluate pre-allocation results: act, learn and adapt.

Location supply optimization
Based on current demand/supply patterns you re-steer garment flow strategy to constantly optimize availability and cost.
Omni garment flow and capability strategies to optimize sales and profit for the region.
Plan moves (TOD) decisions together with Demand and Supply within the region.
Understand customer behavior impact on demand and supply actions accordingly for the region and sales markets.

Demand and garment flow forecasting
Keep total overview, forecast and prioritization of garment flow, inbound, outbound based on selling trends, commercial actions, and supply optimization to secure log capacity in the best way.
Set and follow up way of working for short/mid-term OMNI demand and garment flow forecasting
Keep full overview of demand and garment flow forecasting and set priorities based on total business results
Set clear strategies for prioritization of garment flows together with relevant stakeholders in region, sales markets, and global support team.
Collaborate within Demand & supply unit to forecast long term garment flow.
Plan & execute regional stock exit strategies

Besides your personality we see that:
+2 years experience from merchandising, business controller, area controlling, Demand & supply planning manager, or similar
Deep understanding in allocation, inventory optimization, logistics operation and omni operations.
Deep understanding in e-com sales and ops and cross channel flows.
Broad understanding of buying, commercial planning stock management strategies and actions.
High analytical skills.
High level of salesmanship.
Advanced Excel user.
