Your mission
The Regional Service Manager - Mining is accountable for development and execution of the regional and local service strategies, developing and driving the local service organization in line with the regional PSD strategy into a stable, efficient and well-managed operation. 
Collaboration is done seamlessly with support functions, sales and other business lines through planning and participation in regional strategic forums. The Regional Service Manager organizes operations and delivers results in such a way that it supports capital equipment growth and customer satisfaction in each of the local markets.
The role expects to drive sustainable, profitable growth supported by a high employee satisfaction and customer loyalty, driven by strong leadership and people management processes in line with Epiroc culture, Epiroc's code of conduct and rules stated in The Epiroc Way.

Main tasks consist of, but are not limited to:
Promote safety first in all activities we do and to all counterparts - customers, employees, etc.
Live and support One Epiroc strategy.
Profit and loss responsibility for the service business within the region.
Overall responsibility of local service teams including people management, profitability and capital efficiency.
Align ways of working with regional best practice to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage the business through setting clear ownerships and up to date territory management plans together with sales.
Target setting for operations and sales to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
Update and develop organizational as well as training needs in order to develop your organization based on market demands. 
•    Actively lead and develop the organization to become the best in the business and continuously increase the efficiency and customer satisfaction from service operations.
•    Work actively to find new and manage current business opportunities
•    Be part of supporting and developing local and regional customer teams in order for them to deliver on customer strategies.
•    Collaborate with other divisions and functions in order to drive and deliver on targets and issue resolution to secure strategy realization.

You have preferably at least 5 years' experience of practical related experience in the mining or construction aftermarket equipment or similar role in Business-to-Business industries. We see that you have Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related disciplines.
You are proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and good at data processing and have good English skills both verbally and in writing.
 You have strong organizational skills and business acumen and commercial and proactive attitude with good business understanding. Ability to transform strategy into results. With good teamwork spirit and a proactive work attitude you are able to work under pressure and pay attention to details. With Positive attitude, excellent communication and negotiating skills you have ability to lead in change, developing and matoring teams. Demonstrated excellence in the development and execution of company mission, vision and strategy.
This role requires driver´s licence.
Location
Located at any of our major servicecenter in Vestby, Norway, Skellefteå, Stockholm, or Gothenburg, Sweden or Vantaa, Finland.
This position requries extensive travelling.
