Release Manager

Vaultit is a Swedish company co-owned by ID06 AB and Suomi Tilaajavastuu Oy. Our mission is to reduce undeclared grey labor and increase security and effectivity at the workspaces. ID06 AB have been providing the ID06 system for Swedish construction market since 2006. Suomi Tilaajavastuu is providing the Valtticard together with additional Reliable Partner services for the Finish market. ID06 operate with our end users and we deliver customer satisfaction mostly through by us accredited partners.

We handle approximately 1 million access cards used by 100.000 companies in Sweden and Finland in our system. 

The Position

The Release Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Change and Release processes including technical writing responsibility within ID06 and VaultIT.

You liaise with the Operations, Development, Service Delivery and Project Management teams to ensure the entire organization complies to our policies and procedures. We are aiming for automation within our goal to fully use potential of our continuous delivery process.

You will be overseeing and communicate all changes requests and coordinate the change and release schedule to all the nodes in our ecosystem. In your role, you will interpret and compare complex information. You are expected to challenge proposed change and release requests to minimize risk and impact of implementation.

The Change Advisory Board runs every week with you as the facilitator and your responsibility is to ensure everyone has their changes well documented and prepared for.

We are a small group responsible for the OPS and Dev within the company. Our role is to create and maintain the operation management processes and support administrative IT. We play a key role to ensure consistency across the whole eco system and that we as a company secure highest possible quality and security in our service delivery to our accredited partners, end users and member companies. You are expected to prepare reporting on change activity and provide lessons learnt from previous implementations.

Your Background

To be successful in this position we believe you have been working in the IT industry for some time. You have an extensive experience working with the ITIL framework and are a strong believer that processes are to improve service delivery. It is beneficial if you have previous experience as a coordinator of developer teams, system administrator or similar.

You have

• Minimum of 5 years working within the area of Change and Release Management
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Prior experience within IT Operations, Software development or Software Implementation
• Previous experience in access control field
• Previous experience working in international environment
• Knowledge of GDPR and safety consciousness
