We are currently seeking applications for the position of Relocation consultant in our Global Mobility Services (GMS) operations in Stockholm, Sweden.Key services of the GMS Division include working with HR professionals in our corporate client portfolio and their transferring executives to deliver a suite of relocation programs, including all Destination Services, Orientations, Home Searches, School Searches, Tenancy Management, Immigration and Cross-Cultural Training. As Account Manager your key job responsibilities will be to supervise the delivery process of each program and manage the accounts with Corporate HR professionals.Part of these duties include handling some of the programs yourself or managing the consultants / partners used to carry out services, managing the performance and service delivery of the team and expanding Crowns network within the Swedish property rental market.You will be responsible for Client Satisfaction and Service Level Agreements and will monitor, analyze, and present client activity reports at regular intervals using our internal business management and tracking systems to ensure a long term, mutually satisfying, profitable corporate relationship. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 years relocation industry or HR experience and will: * have experience from the Swedish property rental market including contract negotiations.* have a strong Customer/Client focus with a global mindset and intercultural awareness * be familiar with financial statements and able to set and work towards strategic goals * have good presentation skills * have Project Management/multi-tasking skills * have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills * have an advantage if able to use Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory.You will work in a congenial environment with a team of other service professionals, in a company that places a great deal of emphasis in staff development and training.So if you have the right experience, skills and personality, we'd love to hear from you.
