Requirements Analyst

About the position
As part of our Game Leads, Information Managers and Game Requirement team you will contribute to the efficient production of high quality games. That will resonate with you because you understand that efficiency is deriving the most value with the least effort. It also explains why you?re passionate about requirements, knowing that efficiency depends on having a firm understanding of what?s wanted, so it can be delivered the very first time.

As a Requirements Analyst supporting games development, your tasks and responsibilities include:

-Capturing high-level requirements from Game Product Owners and other stakeholders
-Deriving regulatory requirements from legislation in the form of regulations
-Distilling requirements so that they are easily assimilated, implementable and verifiable and distributing requirement specifications to product development teams
-Supporting product development teams with timely updates requested for requirements and assisting Quality Assurance personnel to verify proper implementation of requirements
-Maintaining processes and tools appropriate for efficient requirements management as well as requirement specifications in English and in accordance with standards
-Coaching and mentoring junior requirements analysts

What's your background?
We believe the ideal candidate has completed University level studies in cognitive science, computer science area or similar. In addition your profile includes:

-A minimum of 2 years of experience in a software development organization working with requirements as a requirements analyst or in some related capacity
-Experience with use case modeling, story boarding and wire framing techniques
-Working with SCRUM or similar agile methodologies
-Experience from the online gaming market is desirable as is experience deriving requirements from regulations
-Since our working language is English, a high proficiency in English, both written and oral, is essential, as are skills in clear and effective communication.
