What you'll do
As a Research Engineer at our Extractables and Leachables lab, you will work with the rest of the team to perform Extractables-studies. This includes planning, performing extractions, analysis, data evaluation and reporting.
The analysis includes several techniques, as LC-MS, GC-MS, IC, TOC etc.
You will also be involved in development and improvement, both of our methods and our way of working, laboratory quality, as well as performing routine analysis.
Who you are
You are a structured team player, used to work with others in projects. You should be able to switch between problem solving and routine analysis. You have experience working with detection of small molecules, are technology-minded and used to step up when needed. You are used to have a high documentation-standard, to review and to be reviewed, being constructive.
Qualifications/ Requirements
MSc or equivalent experience in Analytical chemistry
Solid experience in mass spectrometry (GC-MS, LC-MS) and detection of small molecules
1 to 3 years’ work experience in relevant fields
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent computer skills and ability to work in both common lab/office software plus specific internal systems
English and Swedish as working language (oral and written)
Able to work independently and with others
Structured and organized team player
Desired Experience
Experienced of E&L studies and with knowledge of polymeric materials
Fluent in Swedish
At least 3 years’ experience from analyses in a regulated environment such as ISO 17025 or GxP
