Axel Arigato currently has 7 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg & Paris with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 100 members of staff in 7 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

We are offering a full-time position as a Retail Operations Coordinator (RC) to join our Supply Chain Department at the Gothenburg HQ.

The main objective of the RC is to ensure that the operational side of our retail stores runs smoothly, primarily by managing inventory levels of all stores and assisting with returns, product information, and invoicing.

Together with the supervisor and store managers, the RC keeps our stores up to date in terms of product range and weekly drops. The goal is to alleviate as many administrative tasks as possible from the store managers so that they can focus wholly on driving sales and customer satisfaction.

This requires daily contact with the supply chain team, finance department, store managers, and merchandisers. The RC conducts the day-to-day work of this scope but is guided by the forecasting and strategies set by others, which is why efficient communication skills and a supportive mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational side of retail stores.
• Keep track of inventory levels of stores.
• Place replenishment orders to bring the inventory back to sufficient levels.
• Make sure all retail stores receive the weekly drops in time for launch.
• Manage returns and claims.
• Provide concession partners with needed product information.
• Follow up on placed orders and invoice accordingly.
• Be the main contact person for all concession partners and store managers.
• Make sure inventory checks are made according to the set schedule by retail stores and manage discrepancies.
• Conduct retail reports.
• Assist in the operational aspect of new store openings.
• Conduct inside orders for store essentials (paper, laces, bags, uniform, etc.)
• Conduct weekly inventory adjustments of concession stores.
• Administrate and keep track of store agreements and contracts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, administration, or customer service
• University degree in business administration is preferable but not a must
• SAP experience preferable
• Positive about processes and routines
• Efficient communicator
• Well-organized with a supportive mindset
• Fluent in written and spoken English
