About the job 📲💻
As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will enable a customer-centric, data-led and scalable revenue machine that drives collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations through shared revenue goals. The role includes a responsibility to lead/support continuous improvements of existing commercial capabilities with a particular focus on marketing/ demand generation and customer operations. As Revenue Operations are continuously evolving, your role might come to include other commercial areas over time

Your key goal is to support the organization with our marketing technology stack through lead nurturing and automated/optimized customer journeys. You’ll also help our marketing team gain more insights by ensuring we have a cohesive way of building and reporting on campaigns. Additionally, you’ll be involved in projects designed to give our customers an even better, quicker, and more predictable support experience. Your primary focus areas will be:

Marketing tech and automation

- Tech-stack superuser/go-to-person for Hubspot Marketing Hub and connected systems

- Build workflows to automate customer communication and lead routing

- Set up campaign tracking in Hubspot/Google Analytics to enable cohesive and accurate reporting

- Manage our email subscription/audience lists and support with send-outs

Continuous improvements

- Lead/participate in cross-functional Growth Teams

- Be a data-driven mindset advocate

- Optimize key cross-functional processes

- Advocate for cross-functional collaboration

- Run customer surveys and make recommendations based on the results

About you ⭐️
To succeed and thrive in this role you probably have some experience from a role within Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success. Still, your attitude and mindset are more important than specific experience. It is an advantage (but no requirement) to have a Bachelor's/Masters in Business, Marketing, or similar education.

Furthermore, our wish list for you as a candidate is as follows

-
Experience working with a CRM system (we work in Hubsport, so if you have experience with that, it’s a big plus!)

- Experience working with Google Analytics and setting up campaign tracking

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Another language would be the icing on the cake but not a must

As you will be working closely with different internal and external departments, you need to be an excellent communicator and able to adapt your message to the intended audience. Since continuous learning is part of your job description, so you will need to have an appetite for new challenges and enjoy educating yourself. And last but not least, as RevOps is a business support function, you need to be a great team player and strive towards creating a seamless tech stack for our commercial teams.
