Our Exciting Opportunity
At Ericsson, we are now investing heavily in the future 5G technology where cutting-edge development is key. We are strengthening our experienced data converter design team with an ASIC project manager. The project manager will be responsible for driving the development to meet project timelines, resource requests, and budgets, both for product development as well as early-phase development. Your colleagues consist of a cross-site, diverse, and technically excellent team. The responsibility of the team is to develop data converter products from specification via ASIC design and verification to validation, industrialization, and internal customer integration and support.
The holder of the position will report to the manager RF converters within product development unit Radio.

You will
Develop project timeline and resource requirements to enable on-time and on-budget project deliveries
Work close with internal management and external partners and present project status
Implement and work with continuous improvements individually as well as within the team


To be successful in the role you must have
Master of science or similar within the engineering field preferably within electronics
Documented experience of project management within area of electronics and preferably within mixed-signal ASIC development
8+ years of experience in successful driving cross-site development efforts in a timely perspective
Outstanding communication skills with the design team, management as well as external suppliers
Detailed understanding of the digital, mixed-signal, and analog design flows
