Risk Analyst of Sweden operations

Main responsibilities:

-Perform analysis of loan portfolio performance and risk profile of the company, propose changes in lending rules and credit policy, if necessary
-Manage provisioning methodology and perform regular impairment calculations, handle write-offs
-Support Group´s Risk Management on the development and implementation of credit scorecards
-Ensure reporting on operational risk events; handle annual or ad-hoc operational risk self-assessments
-Prepare and present regular financial and risk reports for local and Group´s management.
-Handle relationships with regulatory bodies and supervisory authorities; be in charge of following up to relevant legislation
-Support Group and Country manager in lending, credit risk management and financial management related issues

Requirements:

-University degree in economics, banking, statistics or mathematics
-At least 2 year experience in lending, credit risk management or financial management, preferably, in a financial institution
-Proficiency in MS Office, ability to work with data-mining and business intelligence tools (such as SQL, SAS, Business Objects or Oracle)
-Very good understanding of lending and credit risk management field. Deep knowledge in either scoring systems, provisioning, risk / financial reporting or setting credit policy rules is wanted.
-Initiative, good communication skills, strong analytical background, ability to see the big picture, as well as details
-Excellent English and Swedish language
-High sense of responsibility, preciseness and ability to concentrate
