The role:

This key role provides the opportunity for a skilled individual to join us as Risk Manager. The role includes full ownership and responsibility to build and develop the area of Risk at MAJORITY. 

The main responsibility together with your team (that you will recruit and build) will be to create, implement and develop relevant processes and policies to detect, monitor and analyze behaviours at risk.

Strong business sense is critical to succeed in this role, as you will be required to balance risk management and commercial business goals. Always with the customer in mind. 

You will be expected to collaborate efficiently with other teams and departments to drive your agenda of fraud and AML. 

Key Requirements:


Experience in risk analysis and development, preferably within the financial and/or start up industry

Data Driven professional

Strong commercial mindset

Successful track record of leading teams to finishing line

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering 

Traveling to the US will be required between 3 and 6 times a year (aprox.)
