Tasks
• In the role of Sales Manager you will be responsible for a handful of key projects globally• You will influence key stakeholders including the Civil Aviation Authority, Airport Operators, Consultants and Contractors• You will spend significant time understanding the customer’s situation and needs related to safety, efficiency and environment• You will assist the customer in transforming their need into a buying action• You will validate how Safegate can help improve their performance• You must be able to manage long term business cycles• You must see travelling as a natural part of your work.Travelling days is estimated to be around 50-75 per year



Education and Experience
• Have good understanding and experience of working with sales, preferably internationally• Hold a degree from a university, preferably technical and/or financial business• Have around 5 years of experience in an operational position within sales or marketing• Fluent in English language, meritorious is Swedish, French and/or Spanish• Driving licens

Profile and Charateristics
• We are looking for you who have finished your studies, worked about 5 years with sales and now are ready to take on an even bigger challenge• Applicants should possess a distinct drive, be strategic combined with patience to match long business processes typical of the airport industry as sales projects can be 2-5 years.• Safegate is a very flat organization and together with a lot of freedom we need you to be confident, self-motivated, service minded, and of course, target oriented. At the same time, you are flexible and a team player• Applicants must have a good social ability to be able to develop contact with customers and agents as well as with colleagues
