Safegate is currently seeking a Commercial Project Manager within infrastructure construction projects.

Your work assignments
As Project Manager you will be operative and manage customer projects within construction infrastructure. Project Managers at Safegate are overall responsible for the project from order to completion and customer acceptance.
Activities including contract management, negotiation, project sourcing, setting up budgets, financial follow up and leading the project team on a daily basis. The project scopes will include everything from pure administration, planning to more challenging management. You are expected to be involved in multiple projects and your contacts will among others include customers, authorities, main- and sub-contractors, suppliers and internal contacts.
The position will require about 40-50 travel days/year.



Your background
We expect you to have two to four years of experience in a similar position as Project Manager for customer projects. 
Experience of working with infrastructure construction projects is a requirement. We expect you to be well familiar with entrepreneurial law and general conditions such as Orgalime, ABT06 and NLM10. You have a technical university education, probably within civil- or mechanical engineering or equal.

Your personal qualities
Driven, structured and good leadership are qualities that characterize you. You enjoy meeting people and have the ability to learn new things and adapt new environments. You are independent, energetic, used to taking initiative, good at communicating and open for working in different cultural environments. You also need to be result oriented and business minded.
It is a requirement that you speak and write both English and Swedish on a higher level, Polish is meritourius.
