Job Description Overview:
- To support the Asus Nordic System sales and marketing team
- Help to raise and maintain price supports to customers on the internal system.
- Maintain the smooth running of each customers? finance with Asus
- Manage & process all claims/support quickly & efficiently
- Manage customer Kick Back/ Rebates
- Create and submit weekly sales report, claim reports, and other pre-defined reports for the management team and the sales team

Responsibilities:
Responsible for All Customers (Direct and Indirect) within FINLAND, NORWAY and A Pan Nordic.

- Customer's first Point of contact for any non-sales related Queries
- Help to raise and maintain price supports to customers on the internal system.
- Work with distributor accountant/buyer closely to follow up all outstanding invoice, debit note and credit note.
- Submit customer claims on the System
- Work with HQ to chase all the outstanding cases on payment and credit note by regularly basis
- Create and maintain quarterly rebate report, payment tracking report, CPOR tracking report and other pre-defined report
- Assist account manager with dealer claims and Pass-Through cases
- Communicate directly with a dealer regarding their claim and help solve any issues that could arise.
- Ensure Invoices are paid on time by customers
- Request Increase in Credit Limit as per business requirement
- Request Shipment Release from HQ.
- Meeting Direct customers on a monthly Basis
- Send Payment statement to customer on a monthly basis

Required Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate to Excellent Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills (Phone, Email, In Person)

- Good verbal and written skills will be required (English+ One Nordic Language).
