We are looking for a Business Developer/Sales Administrator in our office in Malmö! Are you a hardworking and self-motivated with a desire to succeed? Do you want to work for a global company? Then this might be a position for you!

Your responsibilities are:

• Representing and developing the Swedish market of the business.
• Cold Calling B2B in new business development time slots
• Calling your live customer portfolio to maintain maximum fuel drawings and increase revenue
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR departments at company headquarters in the UK.
• Liaise with suppliers
• Gain customer referrals to grow your customer base
• Generate business where there has previously been no opportunity
• Managing customers to ensure that they continue to use our fuel cards or identify reasons why they are not being used
• Negotiating with existing customers to maximise revenue and volume on a weekly basis
• Resolving customer issues and complaints

We are looking for someone, who can make a real impact in this role. Successful candidates will demonstrate a flexible and positive ´can do´ attitude, enabling them to become quickly established and successful therefore rapidly adding value to our business.

Experience required:

• A proven track record in sales/retention function is essential.
• Experience in Sales Administration
• Experience of working autonomously
• Hard working and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to have articulate conversations
• A self- starter who works on their own initiative
• A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet.

As the sole representative in Sweden this is a fantastic role to develop and expand the business in a very dynamic market. Our office is currently based in Anderstorp however we will be moving to new offices in Malmö soon.
