Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who wants to grow with Cavidi. It is important that you are willing to learn and that you want to become part of the Cavidi team.

Cavidi sells tests and equipment for HIV monitoring and we have customers in over 40 countries today. Cavidi received the Swecare Export Award 2012. We are in a growth phase and we have a major product launch in the pipeline and so we need to strengthen our sales and marketing team.

Cavidi is based in Uppsala, and has sales offices in South Africa, USA and India.

Your tasks
As Sales and Marketing Assistant your main task will be to support the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Regional Sales Managers. You will help them spend more time with potential customers by providing good back office support and dealing with sales enquiries from Uppsala. You will also work with our marketing material, external website, web shop, market analyses and social media.
You will also have the possibility to drive sales of certain products yourself. This is a great opportunity to grow into a sales and marketing role and take more responsibility as Cavidi grows its business. We have a major product launch being planned and you will be part of the launch team.

Your background
We are looking for someone who has studied marketing at university level in Sweden or in another country or has a few years' experience of similar work. You are comfortable using a computer and MS Office. You are fluent in English both written and spoken and other languages are a plus.

You are an energetic person used to dealing with people and interested in selling. You are happy to work independently or as part of a team. You enjoy working when there is plenty going on and you can maintain focus even when there are many different tasks on the go. You are innovative and proactive and can work without detailed direction from your manager.
