The Petrochemical industry is entering an era of fundamental changes that will transform the industry for years to come. Feedstocks are changing as biochemicals are entering the picture with full force. Sustainability and energy efficiency are no longer buzzwords but instead bare minimum to ensure competitiveness in this fast changing industry.
 

Heat transfer plays a vital part in making this transition happen and Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (BU GPHE) is now looking for a Sales Developer to join us on this exciting journey.
 

In this role, you will work in an international environment, playing an important part in growing and developing our market leading position within energy efficiency. You will be part of a team of sales developers and sales engineers growing and developing this business from our head office in Lund.
 

As Sales Developer for Petrochemical industry you will be instrumental in setting the direction, developing plans and implementing actions to drive continued growth, increased market share with energy efficiency and sustainability close to your heart.
 

About the job

You will develop our offering in close collaboration with colleagues in Sales Companies around the world. You will, together with our Sales Companies develop their market strategies for sales and application development and drive towards our goals. Your responsibilities will, among other things, include:
* Support all stages of the sales process, technically and commercially
* Support our sales companies in selecting, improving and optimizing the best solutions that matches our customers’ needs
* Drive global heat exchanger activities towards Petrochemical customers
* Provide input to product improvements and new product development
* Drive product launches to your industries
* As part of the central organization, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in other exciting projects with other Business Unit functions, such as the Industry management, Product management, Service, R&D and Manufacturing
 

Who are you?
* The right candidate has a chemical engineering background (or similar). You have experience in a technical project sales in a business-to-business environment. Further requirements include
* You are a good communicator who takes on new challenges with a positive spirit
* You enjoy driving and coordinating projects with many stakeholders
* You are customer focused with strong networking qualities
* You are fluent in English
* You can travel 40-50 days per yearPracticalities
* The position is preferably based in Lund. You will report to the Global Sales Manager.
