Do you believe that reversing climate change is possible and want to work to make it happen? Then maybe you are the person we are looking for. GoClimate is founded on the belief that we can solve the climate crisis and is driven by our mission to make it so easy to act on slowing down climate change that everyone can contribute to it.

The Job
We’re looking for a person to primarily help us sell our new tool for small businesses: The Climate Bookkeeper, which automatically turns financial data into actionable climate information.

In this job, you will:

- help hundreds (and shortly, hopefully thousands) of companies with their sustainability work and make a huge positive impact on the planet
- help us develop the right messaging, marketing and sales pipelines to help us scale our climate impact
- work in a truly cross-functional team that goes beyond just sales, with ownership of the full sales process including marketing, product, and business development


Since we’re a small team with flexible roles other responsibilities could be relevant to add to this position, depending on your areas of interest and passions.

What We Offer

- Flexible work location. We value collaborating in person, but outside of meetings and a few core hours, we all work when and where it makes the most sense




What We Expect from You
Because of the way we work, we’re looking for a person who has:

- the preference of being structured and driven by numbers in their work
- the preference to listen to customers before selling
- the ability to self-direct your work with our common purpose in mind
- the belief that sales are to a large extent a numbers game and the same time every customer is unique
- fluency in Swedish and English - our current customers are mostly Swedish who prefer speaking Swedish, but our team and some of our customers prefer English


Ideally, you also bring skills within

- SEO & SEM - Creating our next sales pipeline is most likely in part an SEO and SEM work, so any experience here is most likely useful
- Climate Science - Knowing your way around climate science and jargon is definitely a plus, but can also be learned


We’re looking for someone with a few years of experience working in sales in an entrepreneurial setting, but being the right fit for the team is more important than specific previous experience.
