Sales & Logistics Assistant for Hankook Tire

Hankook Tire Sweden is increasing its business and now searches for a Sales & Logistics Assistant for its Nordic market. If you wish to be part of a rapidly expanding global company, this is a position for you!

Job description

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

- coordinating export/import communication from start to finish

- sending invoices

- handling customs documents

- handling claims

- create reports

- supporting customer service

Qualifications

For this position we are searching for a person who is driven and energetic. You are comfortable with working independently as well as being part of a team and helping each other out when needed.

You also need to have impeccable skills in Swedish and proficient skills in English. If you also have language skills in Finnish, or other Nordic languages, this is meritorious, but not e requirement.

It is preferable if you have a background in customer service, import and export, or the tire industry.

We believe that you have a general knowledge of working in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. If you have experience in working in SAP, this would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
