As a Sales Manager, you will drive the sales performance of products and systems in Smart Power and Smart Buildings in Sweden, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.
You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
The role is reporting to Marketing and Sales Manager, Smart Buildings and Smart Power, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales
Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including indirect sales through distributors
Building a robust sales organization of 50+ sales people and sales managers through best practices, training and cross-collaboration

Your background
Experience from direct sales and sales management, working as sales manager with low voltage products and systems in the utilities, industrial or buildings market
Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling
A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude
Fluency in Swedish, written and spoken alike
