Bravit AB is a newly formed business entity specializing in food grade products. Our target markets are Sweden and the neighboring countries in Scandinavia, Baltics and Eastern Europe. The head office is located in Stockholm and we are in the process of setting up the production facility nearby and it is expected to be ready for production in the first half of 2020. We are looking to recruit skilled and experienced Sales Manager to help us build our ambitious plan and deliver high quality products to our consumers.
Job Summary – Sales Manager 
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and delivering the targets. The candidate should be well versed in carrying out the business activities in Scandinavia, Baltic States and Eastern Europe. Experience in Tobacco and Snus industry is necessary but not essential for the candidate with the right potential.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve growth and deliver the sales targets by successfully managing the market and its dynamics.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Collaborate with Sourcing, Finance, Marketing and Management to enhance the vision of the company.
Integrate with the Management Team and contribute to the company growth strategy.

Education and Pre-requisites
Relevant Sales Management degree in business administration or a related field.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization – external and internal.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from initiation to completion.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
A positive mindset with a cheerful personality inclined to work with a multicultural and multinational team is desired.
Swedish and English will be the main languages of interaction. Knowledge of Russian language will be an added bonus.
