SALES MANAGER at AnoxKaldnes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generally responsible for all Sales within the company.

Responsible for the budget and monthly reporting of the sales group.

Responsible for planning, organizing and follow-up on all Sales Engineers within the Sales group.

Define and document the key business processes within the Sales group from first sales call to handing over from Sales to Contracts.

Responsible for developing the Sales Engineers competences in Sales and to support them in a pro-active approach towards the clients.

Responsible for tender activities and that the work is done according to QA and internal signing rules.

Responsible for all marketing activities such as Intranet, Internet, MBBR training courses, brochures, reference lists etc.

Contribute to the Management team in regards to strategic planning and development of the company ? especially on the Sales side.

Responsible for individual development- and salary meetings with the employees of the Sales group once a year.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCY/ REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in environmental engineering preferable with knowledge in molecular biology

7 + years of experience selling MBBR and IFAS technologies

Specific knowledge of anammox treatment systems

10 years commercial sales experience with proven track record in biofilm technology market

Minimum of 10 years as sales/marketing manager.

Minimum of 12 years experience from the water and wastewater business

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

3 years of international sales experience

You are a team player and are able to draw on your organized, results-oriented working methods and your excellent communication skills to effectively advise and assist both internal and external contacts. You take a hands-on approach and are always able to keep track of things even in critical situations.
