Totalstay Group is one of the leading online hotel reservation companies in the UK located in North London, with a young and vibrant team whose dedication and enthusiasm continuously pushes the boundaries of targets and achievements year on year.The team is continually bucking trends and enjoying the rewards of a healthy happy and successful Company .We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - for the Scandinavian Market: Roles and responsibilities *To be responsible for the retention and the development of strategically and commercially vital accounts * To contact existing registered agents in person and by phone to promote our products as dictated by Territory Managers.* Conduct training and obtain agent feedback * To provide support to agents for product requirements, promotions etc, with the assistance of the Sales Coordinator, marketing, pricing and sourcing departments but with the authorization of the Territory Manager.* Maintain awareness of changes to our systems, products and policies, ensuring agents are kept up to date with these.* Reporting on sales activity/results/pipeline as required * Reviewing customer base and proposing sales strategy for territory * Providing sales forecasts for customers in territory as required * Responsible for the identification of new strategic partners and with the Territory Manager work through the prospect process to complete the acquisition of new clients.* Carry out ongoing analysis of key competitors, industry and business trends, to remain fully aware of the company's market place as well as market conditions at all times * Support Territory Manager in drafting and finalising yearly budget and marketing plans Knowledge, Skills & Experience *IT knowledge: functional level- MS office.*Proven experience of working in Sales Manager role with in the travel industry.*Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills *Self motivation, flexibility and ability to work on own initiative *have availability to travel/visit agents *have sound online travel/ecommerce knowledge and experience *work well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines *be revenue/profit driven and have a sound commercial/financial understanding of the business
