Sales Manager in Los Angeles

We are going west and starting up our new office in Los Angeles, Venice Beach.Are you the right person to become our Sales Manager in LA?Bookmaster is a new business consultancy company that started in Stockholm, Sweden 8 years ago.We have since our start worked with large and medium sized multinational clients and we are now branching out internationally.We want you to help us create the same success in Los Angeles.Our core business is helping companies to meet new clients and obtain new business.We are servicing several different business areas and markets.Among our clients you will find advertising agencies, media companies, management consultants, IT companies, law firms and recruitment companies.The close cooperation with our clients makes Bookmaster an integral part of their organization and a vital supplement to their sales force.This gives us a unique view of their business, offers, clients and markets.In our work we analyze and study our client?s true market to be able to act in the best possible way when we are contacting their new potential business.This first contact is made through a phone call, acting as our client booking a personal meeting.We are looking for a person that can help us start up the local Los Angeles office and run it as Sales Manager.You should have documented sales experience, preferably on a managerial level.We would like to keep some of our Swedish heritage, so you should be fluent in Swedish and have been living in the United States and/or Los Angeles for a while and are well familiar with the language and the business culture.In your work you will be responsible for getting and maintaining new business for Bookmaster LA.Your job include to book meetings for our clients, recruiting staff, coach and train them as they join the organization, be responsible for sales and marketing and do daily and weekly reporting and budgets.You are a positive, responsible, serious high performing individual and if you like high business tempo you will like working with us.This is a unique opportunity and you will be very important for Bookmasters success in US and you will continuously be supported from our Swedish office as one in the team.You will have big possibilities to affect your salary as you will get a fixed base salary and commission according to set budget goals.Our office is located at 8 Brooks Avenue, right on Venice boardwalk, so you will have a beautiful ocean view from your desk.
