ProFlute is a subsidiary entity within Munters Group. The ProFlute brand is highly respected and well established as a leading supplier of desiccant rotors to the global OEM market. Today ProFlute has an annual turnover of above 100 MSEK and global functions including Sales, Manufacturing and R&D.

We are looking for a Sales manager who will be responsible for a part of the global customer base which includes ordinary sales process, development projects together with the responsible customers and technical support. The position requires a strong technical understanding of the products and applications to become successful. You does not need to be an expert in the desiccant rotor technology from day one, comprehensive “on the job training” will be provided if needed. The position also includes responsibility for the product selection tool for the global customer base. In a small company environment it is important that you are a team player and likes a flexible and dynamic work setting. It is also important that you have a strong technical interest and ability to understand basic psychometrics and heating and cooling systems.

You will be sales responsible for a selected customer base which includes an overall customer point of contact, order support and sales process, development projects and building relationships to our customers. You will also have the overall responsibility for desiccant rotor selection tool for the global customer base which includes type of media, size, depth etc. As a Sales manager you will support OEM customers with application know-how and desiccant rotor technology and for psychometrics and desiccant dehumidification.

To succeed in this role you should have basic understanding of heating and cooling systems, psychometrics (properties and behavior of moist air) and dehumidification methods. You have a strong interest in above and a willingness to build expertise. You also have sales experience from OEM customers. Prior experience in a manufacturing and/or chemical process industry is a plus. It is also important that you are a team player with ability to interact with other areas of the business.
