Sales Manager Sweden and Central Eastern Europe -strong growth and development in the power market- Nord Pool Spot is experiencing a strong growth in its activities and is seeking a Sales Manager with the responsibility for all customer activities in Sweden and Central Eastern Europe.Area of responsibility/role: * Strengthen and maintain current customer relations in Sweden and Eastern Europe.* Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle and an ability to define sales strategies towards new prospects.* Ensure that new and existing customers feel that their issues and concerns are given the highest priority ensuring customer satisfaction.* Meet new and existing customers at seminars and other events, be personally active and identify opportunities for promoting Nord Pool Spot.* Demonstrate the ability to work independently on problems * Identify new prospects in those segments and countries where Nord Pool Spot wishes to expand * Ensure timely follow up and feedback on leads provided by any source * Ensure follow up on central marketing activities executed in your territory * Work in both a strategic and operational way * Participate in internal and external projects and networks Qualifications: * Ability to manage complex sales cycles * Experience from sales and energy industry * Excellent communication skills both verbally and written * Strong relationship building skills * Proactive and result oriented * High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment * Can-do and service minded attitude * Ability to work under high pressure, in a fast moving and challenging environment * Team player * Fluency in Swedish and English You report to the Director of Sales and will be located at the Nord Pool Spot AB office in Stockholm, Sweden.We offer challenging tasks and exciting possibilities in a highly competent business and a unique possibility to contribute to the Power Exchange's future growth.Please go to www.proastri.se/Sidor/intresse.html to send your application not later than 12th of October.
