Are you a goal oriented person with a passion for home furnishing, customers and selling the IKEA way?

The assignment
You are key part of the Commercial team who can take a lead role in representing the customer and our retail markets in the Product Development process. We want to secure global sales results and you make sure that our customers have an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping experience at IKEA.

Your responsibilities include:
- Pricing: secure that market and competitor insights are available and understood within the Home Furnishing Business (HFB), set a pricing strategy for the HFB including price and quality ladders
- Sales Planning: Secure that business strategies and priorities are communicated and understood to enable a successful tactical and operational sales planning
- Sales Steering: To identify and lead global sales activities. To initiate and lead needed price investments
- Easy Buying & Selling: To secure the easy buying process in all sales channels including the relevant IKEA Service offer
- Range Dimensioning: Secure a relevant range offer on all markets
- Competence: To identify the competence need in sales and secure and support a relevant know how landscape
