Sales Specialist Enterprise Chromatography Software

Location: Home office-based position in Nordic region - focusing mostly on the Nordic markets, but potentially using your specialist knowledge in other countries in EMEA.

Portfolio: Chromeleon 7 Chromatography Data System (CDS) is a business-critical software application that is vital for compliant, efficient, and reliable handling of today’s chromatography and mass spectrometry data. You will help our customers choose Chromeleon to help them make the world Healthier, Cleaner and Safer.

What will you do?
Drives commercial sales of mission-critical enterprise Chromatography Data System (CDS) within the EMEA region.
Provides training to the EMEA commercial team and regional partners to encourage development of the regional CDS business.
Provides business presentations and demonstrations of Chromeleon at trade shows, user meetings, customer meetings and other events.
Handles technical evaluations and proposals
Maintain and develop customer relationship on short and long term.
Partner with other sales departments to craft new business opportunities and grow customer happiness.


How will you get here?
Chemical/technical/ or life science degree
Strong eye for business with broad knowledge of customer requirements, industry trends and competitors from one or more of the following industries: Pharma/Biopharma,CRO, Food/Flavours, Chemical, Environmental, Forensics, Toxicology
Strong affinity and passion for scientific laboratory equipment. software and IT.
Experience in customer facing roles such as sales or sales support, and desire to take more responsibility in this area.
Excellent communication skills in both English and one other Nordic Language


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
In-depth understanding of the professional selling process
Laboratory experience, preferably including Chromatography.
Must have experience with Chromeleon software
Able to travel throughout EMEA region, up to 50%.
