Your technical competence, collaborative ability and communication skills will assist in ensuring that you achieve both your qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way.
Reporting to the Sales Manager in Sweden, you will be a part of the Process Automation Process Industries Hoisting Business Line. You will work with a highly motivated sales team, with a global responsibility to identify and develop new market opportunities, monitor customers and market trends, and develop effective marketing activities in a designated market in accordance with the sales strategy.
Location: Västerås, Sweden
Your responsibilities
Selling products, systems and services focusing on volume and mix to meet profitability targets.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, understanding customer needs, promoting customer understanding of our products, systems and/or services offering.
Creating added value for the customer, and then aligning to provide a solution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Preparing sales plans and performing regular status reviews to maintain order volumes, and managing administrative sales processes.
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in your area.
Developing and facilitating marketing activities, sharing know-how and promoting cross-collaboration.
Preparation of offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department, ensuring the appropriate technical and financial aspects are in place, including prices and trading conditions.

Your background
University degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration is preferable.
Technical sales experience is advantageous, but in this position your personality traits and sales competence will be valued higher than the formal education.
We are looking for a motivated individual, with a proven record of delivering results above targets and expectations.
Your excellent communication and people skills, your ability to listen and understand customer needs will assist in building long-term relationships.
With a highly developed sense of ownership, your initiative and problem-solving skills will drive your success.
Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and Swedish is key.
