As a Sales Support Manager, you will join our team in Västerås. The job involves implementation for the ELGM organization in Sweden, global processes, best practices and solutions across the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process to meet and exceed external and internal customer’s expectation. In the role you will establish and maintain a continuous improvement culture on Customer Success, by developing a set of continuous improvement competencies, utilizing Lean Six Sigma (L6S) as the methodology, and create transparency to monitor progress.


Your responsibilities
Lead a team of experts that is working on customers and sales engineers input, generate products/systems configurations, direct and indirect quotations.
Define, implement and continuously improve the best Customer Journey for the different Channels/ Segments /Applications to increase operational excellence and external/internal customer satisfaction.
Support sales engineers on leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities management, accounts segmentation, accounts planning, forecasting and overall data quality reported in commercial tools.
Administer commercial policies & contracts.
Ensure the complete and timely administration of products, customers and commercial master data.
Provide training, coaching and facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts.

Your background
A Master´s degree, work experience and strong understanding of end to end sales processes.
Good leadership and change management skills.
Experience in process improvement project management.
Strong customer-focus attitude.
Driven, social and creative personality.
You are committed, curious and can deliver results so that the business reaches its goals and visions.
Your positive attitude and ability to see opportunities instead of obstacles is an important contribution to the business.
