HVDC is now looking for a Sales and Tender Manager for HVDC Products that want to engage and grow a driven team. You will have a central part in HVDC Products deliveries while also identifying and drive organizational developments both in a short- and long-term perspective.

Your responsibilities
In this exciting role you will be responsible for Sales and Tenders within HVDC Products.
The responsibility includes tendering of our converter valves for HVDC and GPQS, delivery of our optical current transformers and delivery and sales of spare parts for our product portfolio.
Coaching and supporting a team and be liable for the competence development in the areas of Converter valves and Project Management
Continuous improvement of processes to increase in productivity and quality level
Personnel planning and personnel development to ensure, expand and disseminate know-how
Collaborate and coordinate with global stakeholders to create mutual understanding and engagement
Active participation in the management team for HVDC Products; participation in the preparation of the cost center budget as well as regular monitoring

Your background
You are a flexible leader with good communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while driving processes and projects forward
Genuine interest in coaching and developing your team in combination with fostering strong collaboration with peers and interfacing functions, both locally and globally
Previous leadership experience as Team Leader, Project Manager or similar is needed for this role, it is also preferable if you have experience of personnel responsibility but not a must
University degree in engineering or equal is a merit
Experience in engineering, project management, HVDC or GPQS environment, is seen as a merit
The role requires fluent in English, both in speaking and writing to be able to interact with both local and global stakeholders
