We are offering a fulltime position as a Salesforce.com administrator to join our service department in our modern and thriving organization. The position
The service department at RaySearch Laboratories is an international team responsible for installation, support and education mainly for our European customers. We work close to the service departments in the subsidiaries and distributors in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. The service Department also work in close collaboration with the product Developers and all other divisions in the company.

Salesforce is a very important tool in the work with our sales and support processes. Therefore are we looking for a Salesforce administrator to be responsible for the day to day management of our company?s Salesforce environment as well as implementation of new features.

You will be in charge of keeping a high quality of the data and in maintaining the system including, but not limited to, profiles, security, workflow rules, record types, page layouts and objects. You are also expected to implement new features and educate the end users how to use the system the best way. A part of your job will be to take part in implementing business processes for the sales and service team to improve the workflow.

At RaySearch you will be the main responsible of the CRM system. Since you are the main expert, your own ideas about how to develop the system will be important in the configuration and development of the system.

Education of the end users of Salesforce is important. Therefore, travelling in the entire world is an essential part of the position.

Qualifications
To apply for this position you should have experience from working with the Salesforce CRM system. It is a merit if you have basic understanding of business strategies, experience with APEX programming and other Salesforce.com certifications. It is also a merit if you are a certified Salesforce.com Administrator and teaching experience.

Personal profile
As a person you should be dedicated and enthusiastic and have the ability to challenge and encourage people. You should have good organizational skills, be indipendent, driven and with high accountability. You should enjoy working in an accurate and structured manner.
