The Customer Solutions & Top Issues Programme has been created to increase customer satisfaction by significantly speeding up customer needs particularly in the area of top issue resolution. The CS&TI Programme team, present both in Modena and Lund, manages projects within the SCRUM framework to develop and deploy solutions to the customer top issues.

As Scum Master you will support dedicated cross functional teams to manage several DIPS (Develop & Implement Permanent Solutions) projects aimed at solving the customer top issues.


What you will do

· Help the team to perform at its best and to promote continuous improvement of the organisation, by raising retrospective findings from the team to the right forums and collaborating with other Scrum Masters to share good practices and learning.
· Support the Product Owner and Development team in applying the Agile values and Scrum Framework to improve their performance.
· Coach the team to collaborate in their work, such as communicate openly about risks, opportunities and progress during Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and Sprint Retrospective.
· Facilitate the use of relevant tools and metrics to create ownership and commitment.
· Protect the team from interferences preventing them from reaching the Sprint Goal.
· Be a servant leader, capturing impediments to be removed for the team to progress, both in the Daily Scrum and in the Sprint Retrospective.
· The main focus is the team, but he/she also works with the line organisations to identify the competence development needs of team members and to give performance feedback.
· Coaching of individual team members can be done if needed, in co-operation with the line manager.
· Be an ambassador for Agile and to improve the way of working with Scrum and Agile values.
· Scrum Master works with Project with a budget responsibility of less than 5 Mio, high financial risk and impact/complexity and global change implications, with more than 5 organisations involved.

Your Key Responsibilities
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective.
· Facilitate Agile values; Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage, Commitment.
· Coach the Scrum Team in self-organisation, cross-functionality and a quality mind-set.
· Be a change agent and work with continuous improvements that increases the productivity of the ScrumTeam.
· Actively participate in Scrum Master Network to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organisation.
· Drive competence development resource management and team composition in dialogue with line managers.
· Participate in performance feedback for team members.
The position is based in Lund, max 10% travelling required.

Who you are

· You have minimum of 3 years extensive experience from business transformation, product development or similar.
· Scrum master or agile coaching experience, facilitation skills, team building, line management or other leadership roles driving change activities.
· University Bachelor degree or equivalent, Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master are a plus.
