We are now looking for you, the next SCRUM Master to join our Sweden Operations IT team.
Our team is passionate about delivering innovative digital technologies across our 6 factories in Södertälje as well as cooperating globally with our other Lighthouse sites.
As a SCRUM Master you will be part of Swedish Operations IT team, working in a tandem with our Digital Business Partner, Global Product Owners and driving Digital Transformation in AZ. You will be leading your own small or medium project deliveries and will be part of extensive global programs.
In your role you will closely collaborate with different business and IT teams, meet our Engineering, Production, Automation, Data, and many other teams. You will be a part of digital journey for one of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturing units and will play a key role in transformcasesases in a real-live technical solutions.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
* Creating a framework of agile deliveries in the region
* Scale agile delivery approach globally
* Build robust and effective teams, facilitating the SCRUM process and agile ceremonies
* Continuous team coaching in SAFe principles and agile methodologies
* Remove impediments, that preventing the team from delivering
* Ensuring that the delivery follows AZ requirements
Is this you?
* Have passion to Agile methodology and have strong IT background
* Genuine curiosity and strong willingness to learn
* Effective communication and presentation skills
* Have a get-it-done attitude
* Teamwork mentality
Skills and Experience required
* Experienced scrum master with a SCRUM master certification, AGILE Project Management Certification and practical usage of Agile Methodology
* Strong background in global companies with different IT and business customers
* Experience in project management
* Expert in Jira, SharePoint, Power BI and Power Apps
* Experience of working in a regulated environment (either Pharmaceutical or production)
* Experience in application maintenance is a bonus
* Strong understanding of deployment process for a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
* Proven experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results
* Strong engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
* Experience of mentoring, coaching, or developing others
* Experience of working in a regulated environment
* Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
* Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors
