Role description
At the moment, Codic is looking for a Scrum Master on behalf of a big, international IT company in Gothenburg. You will have all the benefits of working for a small startup company eager to get together for lunches, after works and other events, while honing your skills and gaining experience at a larger organisation.
In the role, you will have a great opportunity to influence, learn and grow as a Scrum Master and as an individual. You need to have at least 5 years of work experience.
The role includes being responsible for:
Helping the team achieve its goals by implementing, supporting and improving the ways of working
Identifying and eliminating impediments
Ensuring that the team is delivering on commitments
Helping the team to continuously improve and to become self-organised
Having a close cooperation with the team members, Product Owner, other Scrum Masters and the Line Manager
