We continue to grow, and are now looking for a UX designer to strengthen our project teams in Malmö.

Mobenga is looking for a Scrum Master!

Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Mobenga, you will be a part of at least one Scrum team. You will drive Scrum "by the book" both internally and externally and your responsibilities will include coaching and supporting development teams and Product Owners towards continuous improvement without cutting corners.

Main responsibilities:

. Making sure all Scrum rules are followed

. Protecting the Team from external noise during the iteration

. Helping the Team to remove the obstacles that prevent the team from working in the most efficient way

. Coaching Product Owner the Scrum process; including the Product Backlog, User Stories and Release Burndown Chart

. Coaching the Team in becoming self-organized and more effective by being agile and using Scrum

. Facilitating Sprint Planning Meetings, Daily Scrum Meetings, Product Backlog Refinement Meetings, Sprint Review Meetings and Sprint Retrospective Meetings

. Working with other Scrum Masters at Mobenga on improving company process

. Working to create team spirit and being an example for others

. Promoting Continuous Integration, Unit Test Automation, Functional Test Automation, Regression Test Automation and other "best practices"

. Promoting knowledge sharing across various areas (programming, testing, test automation, documentation, Continuous Integration etc.)

. Promoting pull, self-organization and cross-functionality

Ideal requirements:

- Pure Scrum experience, not Scrum with "adaptations"

- Proven record of Scrum implementations

- Coaching approach rather than command and control

- Strong communication skills and ability to encourage constructive discussions

- Being able to support the team in root cause analysis and to apply long term improvements

- Passionate about Scrum and teamwork understanding their core values/benefits

- Positive attitude and a passion for problem solving

- Software development background

- Interest or experience in the betting and/or sports domain

- Curious, interested in devices/gadgets in general, mobile application development and new technology
